2015 war für CT legal das transaktionsstärkste Jahr seit der Finanzkrise. Das Team hat ein Prüfungsvolumen in Immobilientransaktionen von rund 600 Mio. € abgewickelt, aus dem ein effektives Dealvolumen von mehr als 500 Mio. € resultierte. Auftraggeber der Transaktionsbegleitungen waren nahezu ausschließlich institutionelle Investoren.

Clients were nearly exclusively institutional investors.
