CT legal acted as legal counsel for Catella Real Estate AG in the acquisition of a residential real estate in Lubeck for a special alternative investment fund.  The mandate covered legal and tax due diligence, investment regulatory check, and drafting and negotiating the sale and purchase contract. The transaction volume was in the 15 M€ range.
