CT legal acted as legal counsel for Institutional Investment Partners GmbH in the acquisition of residentail real estate in Hamburg acquired for a special alternative investment fund managed by IIP. The mandate covered legal and tax due diligence, investment law and drafting and negotiating the sale and purchase contract. The transaktion volume was 24.4 M€.
