CT legal acted as legal counsel for Domicil GmbH in the acquisition of a residential real estate in Hamburg.  The mandate covered legal and tax due diligence, investment regulatory check, and drafting and negotiating the sale and purchase contract. The transaction volume was in the middle 8-digit-figures and, according to JonesLangLassalle, the biggest single residential transaction in the Hamburg market in the first half of 2016.
