Das Mandat umfasste die rechtliche Begleitung der Vertragsverhandlungen. Erwerber ist der offene Immobilien-Spezial-AIF „Industria Wohnen Deutschland III“. Das Transaktionsvolumen betrug rund 53 M€.

CT legal acted as legal counsel for Bouwfonds Investment Management Deutschland GmbH in the sale of a portfolio of ca. 53.700 squaremeters in 800 residential and 5 commercial units. Purchaser is Our mandate covered  the complete negotiation process. The portfolio was acquired by special alternative investment fund „Industria Wohnen Deutschland III“. The transaction volume was 53 M€.
