CT legal hat Patrizia Immobilien beim Erwerb eines Wohnprojektes mit sechs Gebäuden im Leipziger Waldstraßenviertel betreut. Nach den Entwürfen des Leipziger Architekturbüros homuth+partner entsteht ein Gebäudeensemble mit 74 Wohnungen sowie drei kleinen Gewerbeeinheiten. Insgesamt wird die Residenz am Waldplatz über knapp 5.700 qm Mietfläche verfügen und soll Ende 2018 fertiggebaut sein. Das Investitionsvolumen für das Projekt beträgt 18,9 Mio. Euro. Das Mandat umfasste die rechtliche, steuerliche und investmentrechtliche Prüfung des Angebotes und die Begleitung der Vertragsverhandlungen.

CT legal was appointed legal counsel by Patrizia Immobilien for the acquisition of a residential project with six buildings in the Leipzig Waldstraßenviertel. Designed by Leipzig architects office homuth + partner, a building ensemble with 74 apartments and three small business units is being built. In total, the “Residenz am Waldplatz” will have about 5,700 square meters of rented space and will be finished by the end of 2018. The investment volume for the project is € 18.9 million.
