CT legal acted as legal counsel for Catella Real Estate AG in the disposition of residential real estate in Hamburg and Kiel for the account of the special alternative investment fund „Bouwfonds European Residential“ managed by Bouwfonds Investment Management. The mandate covered legal, tax and investment reg structuring of the transaction and negotiating the sale and purchase contract. The transaktion volume was 26 M€.
