CT legal acted as legal counsel for Institutional Investment Partners GmbH in the acquisition of a residential development project in Berlin for a special alternative investment fund managed by IIP.  The mandate covered legal and tax due diligence, investment reg check and drafting and negotiating the sale and purchase contract.
