Das Mandat umfasste die rechtliche, steuerliche und investmentrechtliche Prüfung des Angebotes und die Begleitung der Vertragsverhandlungen. Das Transaktionsvolumen betrug rund 40 M€.

CT legal acted as legal counsel for Institutional Investment Partners GmbH in the acquisition of a of a student housing development project in Mainz for a special alternative investment fund managed by IIP.  The mandate covered legal and tax due diligence, investment regulatory check, and drafting and negotiating the sale and purchase contract. The transaction volume was in the 40 M€ range.
