Das Mandat umfasste die rechtliche, steuerliche und investmentrechtliche Prüfung des Angebotes und die Begleitung der Vertragsverhandlungen. Das Transaktionsvolumen betrug rund 10 M€.

CT legal acted as legal counsel for Catella Real Estate AG in the acquisition of a student housing in the city of Göttingen for the alternative investment fund “Bouwfonds European Residential” managed by Bouwfonds Investment Management Deutschland GmbH.  The mandate covered legal and tax due diligence of the perperty, investment regs check and drafting and negotiating the sale and purchase contract. The transaktion volume was 10 M€.
